The Packmate Gen 2 4-Lane Ultrasonic Oral Snus Packaging Machine is a professional packaging solution specifically designed for dry powder oral snus products. Addressing the challenges of powder dust and dosing accuracy in dry powder packaging, the Gen 2 features a horizontal or vertical screw dosing system that eliminates dust issues during the packaging process. Combined with ultrasonic cross-sealing technology, it delivers narrower, cleaner, and stronger seals.
Sealing System: “Longitudinal Heat Seal + Transverse Ultrasonic Seal” — The longitudinal seal uses proven heat-seal technology for reliability, while the transverse seal adopts ultrasonic narrow-edge sealing for a more refined, aesthetic appearance. This combination is ideal for non-woven fabrics, breathable films, and other specialty materials.
