Full-servo driven accuracy and synchronization. The SZ3000 adopts a servo-centric control concept to improve positioning accuracy and timing coordination across core functions. Multiple servos manage film feeding, longitudinal sealing, and discharge conveying, reducing mechanical deviation and ensuring stable pack quality over extended production runs. Servo control also helps minimize manual tuning during format changes and daily operation.
Rotary horizontal sealing for smooth, high-speed wrapping. The rotary end-seal/cut structure supports stable sealing and cutting at higher speeds with improved continuity.
