Operators can switch between color-mark tracking and fixed-length mode directly on the touch screen, supporting printed films and standard rolls with equal stability. The pneumatic double swing measuring cup system is synchronized with the main unit for consistent feeding rhythm, helping maintain dosing repeatability across different speeds and material flow characteristics.
Reinforced Three-Side Sealing with Clear Texture
The strengthened heat-sealing assembly uses servo control to achieve low-noise operation, stable pressure, and clear sealing patterns. Optimized for composite aluminum film, the machine produces uniform transverse and longitudinal seals with adjustable sealing width, helping improve package integrity and leakage resistance for demanding products.
Fast Changeover and Convenient Mechanical Adjustment
An independent rotating cutter simplifies bag-length changes and cutter position adjustment. The metering unit adopts a handwheel lead-screw mechanism with a dial scale, enabling quick, repeatable settings for small-dose production. Measuring range conversion is supported by changing the measuring-cup accessory, allowing flexible adaptation to multiple gram weights.
